The Upside Of Downsizing
When things get too big, there is only one way to bring them back under control. Call it what you like, but at the end of the day, the way forward is to cut them down. Whether we deal with trees, companies, the washing-up, grass, the pile of old newspapers in the corner of the room, problems with family or friends, the unexplained success of McFly, Jordan, queues or leftover cooking oil, when it's time, it's time.
There is little point waiting around. Contrary to popular belief, these sort of things will not reduce by themselves. Take out the pruning knife and size them down. It can be remarkably easy to convert a size 14 down to a much more comfortable size 10. |

Answers Looking For "The Right Question"
Recent research has come to the conclusion that there are actually more answers than questions in the world. Scientists at the University of Groningen in The Netherlands came to this conclusions while researching the interaction between slagroom and slagboom. They unearthed a collection of undiscovered answers, none of which have no questions yet recorded.
The relationship between answers and their questions has long been a matter of fierce debate. Until now it has been assumed that there is a direct relationship between them, but this research project has shown that this may not be the case. These new findings could have serious impact on the art of competitive conversation. Asked for comment, the makers of Trivial Pursuit remained silent, but insiders confirm that release of the next version has been postponed |
